This Multidisciplinary Volume of THE QUEST, pursues a collection of specific objectives while complementing the institution's research development direction towards creating innovative new knowledge, products, and processes that empower communities and push unified development thru Science and Technology. It brings together a wide breadth of expertise displayed in how these studies contribute to filling gaps in knowledge on student characteristics and competencies to the development of technological products that help improve people's lives.
The studies on student characteristics provided insights into competency gaps that need to be addressed and how instruction can be enhanced to accomplish this. We hope that the relevance and diversity of the contributions of these studies will appeal to our readers and bridge academic research and practical application.
